How do you price your work?
Projects are either hourly or fixed rate depending on scope. Once I understand what you need, I’ll provide a clear quote upfront.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most single pieces are completed within 24–48 hours. Larger projects and batches are scoped out in advance.
What is your design process?
You send a brief. I create a first draft, then we refine based on feedback. Simple and efficient.
What do you need from me to get started?
Brand assets, copy, and a clear idea of what the piece needs to do. If you’re missing anything, I can guide you.
How many revisions are included?
Typically 1–2 rounds of minor revisions. The goal is to get it right quickly without dragging things out.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Yes. Most of my clients work with me on an ongoing basis for consistent content and materials.
Will I receive editable files?
I can provide the editable files upon request. Please note that this may come at an additional cost.
Do you design in Canva?
Yes. I specialize in Canva-based systems so your team can actually use and update the designs without needing a designer every time.
Can you match our existing brand?
Yes. I work within existing brand guidelines and make sure everything stays consistent.
Can you work with tight deadlines?
Yes, within reason. I’m used to quick turnarounds and fast-moving teams.
I only have a logo. Can you work with that to create designs?
Yes! I can take your logo and match fonts, colors, and styles to your designs.
